1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The tags and packaging are intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Unstitched fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Improve our website, products, and services.

3. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
